Required Qualification : Any UG degree + MBA/ MSW.

Age less than 35.

Required Experience: 3+ years of experience as HR in any manufacturing unit.

Key Skills: Time office management, Disciplinary Actions, IR, HR, labour laws, contract labour management, grievance handling, statutory compliance, welfare activities.

Offered Salary : Maximum 3.5 LPA CTC.
