Position: Officer-HR   (Female Candidate) 

Qualification: Master of Social Work 

Experience:  5 - 8 years in the areas of Training & Development, with exposure :  Training Need Identification, Preparing Annual Training Calendar, Competency Mapping, Organizing Training, Measuring Effectiveness, Knowledge on Quality Systems relating to Training & Development, etc.  Knowledge on  Counselling, etc.                               

Any Manufacturing or Auto Component  or Engineering Industry where she worked with Women Workforce is preferred.                      

Age  :  28 - 32 years only female.
