We have an opening for Mechanical Maintenance Engineer  for a leading German based MNC based at Vellore

Mandatory (with 10 years experience) :

Ø  Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Ø  Maintenance of High Speed stamping presses.

Ø  Maintenance and troubleshooting of Plastic Injection Moulding machines.

Ø  Maintenance of Hydraulic & Pneumatic presses.

Ø  Maintenance and troubleshooting Pneumatic & Hydraulic circuits.

Ø  Maintenance of CNC Milling, CNC Wire EDM, CNC Sparking, CNC Grinding, etc.

Preferred (not mandatory) :

Ø  Basic knowledge of PLC.

Ø  Maintenance of high precision Engel, Arburg machines and Bruderer presses.

Ø  Maintenance and troubleshooting of DG sets.

Ø  Maintenance and troubleshooting of air compressor, air dryer.

Ø  Basic knowledge of Robots and Special purpose Machines for assembly.

Ø  Knowledge of IATF 16949 documentation and procedures related to maintenance activities.

Ø  Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).

Ø  Availability of valid passport.

Must :

Ø  Ability to read, write and speak English.

Ø  Ability to read and speak Tamil.

Ø  Willing to relocate to Vellore (or from nearby Vellore).

Ø  Ability to lead team of personnel in mechanical, electronic, electronic and mechatronics maintenance.

Ø  Plan and design maintenance activities for all production machines.

Ø  Spares maintenance.
