What we are looking for is

Position: Mechanical Engineer- Maintenance  with 5-7 Years 

Education Qualification : B.E / B.Tech- Mechanical 

Location: Malaysia.

What we would like you have is experience in rubber / latex or related industries

• design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods

• carry out routine maintenance work for boilers, homogenizer, compressor, pumps, heat exchanger, chillers, blowers, and respond to equipment faults .

• diagnose breakdown problems 

• fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly and monitor .

• carry out quality inspections on jobs

• liaise with engineering and production colleagues.

• arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components

• control maintenance tools, stores and equipment

• monitor and control maintenance costs

• deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs

• improve health and safety policies and procedures

• write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines

• ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.

 ·      Good Communication and presentation skills, ·         Strong analytical and problem solving skill.

Valid Passport and willingness to work in Multi Cultural Environment.
