Candidate should have 8-13 years of experience in Talent Management, Organisational structure changes, HR -Strategies, Process, Analysis, Budgeting, MIS, HR Reporting, HR Transformation.

Qualification should  be MBA regular, Candidates should have excellent communication skills.
