Experience : 9 to 14 years.
The details of job is given below;
1. Provide support to designated business unit leaders and link the key elements of HR (selection, appraisal, development and rewards)
2. Help senior leaders to build on talent capability, succession planning, high performance culture, and lead local engagement initiatives.
3. Coaches leaders on how their action reflect and drive culture.
4. Responsibilities Includes overall HR Activities at the Organization-recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR Policy implementation, employee engagement,
5. Develop and implement HR Strategy for the entire organization to create culture of performance, emotional involvement & team working
6. Ensuring proper & full compliance to statutory requirements under Factories Act, ESI, EPF, employment exchange and Labour Dept.
7. Managing for the all levels across Business Units/ Functional Units as assigned.
8. Rebuilt HR internal processes and programs; conducted structured salary surveys and job profiling, standardized data-based HR policy reviews.
