Position: Manager - HR ( Plant HR) 

Location: Coimbatore 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Planning : 

Manpower Planning as per Companys Objectives and Strategies Forecasting /Inventorying /Anticipating and Planning Manpower based on the budgeting.

Rich experience in recruiting complete vertical of employees right from Trainees, Workmen, Executive to Management level. Creating Job Profiles and recruiting people based on Job specification. Knowledge on all methods of recruitment such as Employee referrals, consultants, job portals and Campus selection.

2.Human Resources : Drafting and approval of HR policies, Interacting with HR consultants or advertising for sourcing appropriate candidates, Screening of CVs, Scheduling of interviews, reference verifications & issuance of offer , appointments, Preparing Orientation & Induction programme, confirmations & increments letters etc. Processing Medical & GPA Insurance claims & Medical reimbursements. Organizing Pre health checkups.

3. Training & Development : Identify and plan training program for employees, formulating training calendar, preparing skill matrix for shop floor employees and develop competency matrix for executive & managerial level. Analysis the overall training effectiveness and individual employee effectiveness. Prepare standards and procedures for IMS and maintain the records for audit purpose.

4. Handling Disciplinary action process in the matters like unauthorized absenteeism, negligence, insubordination, idling & wasting the time, stoppage of work, by way of verbal counselling, written counselling, cautioning, warning, suspension & termination. Handle Domestic Enquiry process. 

5. Attending Legal & Court Matters (Civil/Labour/Industrial/High Court) & appearance before conciliation authorities pertains to organization. Co-coordinating with company Advocate(s) in terms of any court matter(s) & document submission. Should be able to handle situations like Strike, lockout, layoffs etc

6. Develop & Implement Grievance Redressal mechanism by proactively implementing Grievance Redressal forums for employees as well as labours. Resolve issues in a timely manner. Prepare & track the progress by way of implementation of dashboard
