1. Experience  in  TNA [ Training need Analysis ] in association with line manager and Business Leaders.

2. Strong experience in facilitate Soft Skill Training.

3. Plan and release monthly calendar on time.

4. Forecast and manage the learning & development budget for the year.

5. Identifying and continuously track key metrics of performance of various training.

6. Feedback collection and analysis for improvement.

7. Conducting assessment for the participants.

8. Updating of training database / MIS

Professional working in Any Manufacturing industry is Preferred
