Looking for a Proactive Manager IR for a Manufacturing plant  near Kanchipuram

Education Qualification: MSW preferable.

Experience - 8 to 12 Years in handling IR/ER

CTC- 15 Lakhs not a constraint for the right candidate

Location: Near Kanchipuram

Requirements:

1. Exposure in Handling IR in a proactive way.

2. Aware of all Compliance related matters.

3. Should be proactive in brining the best practices right from the inception

4. Should be people person with good interpersonal skills.

5. Strong in building culture and relationship.
