 7 - 12 yrs  Coimbatore 

Responsible for value addition in the field of Balance Scorecard , PMS, Training , Employee engagement activities.

Defining & managing performance management process (End to End). 

Designing & implementation of performance assessment & review mechanism,

Defining Performance objectives & goal setting based on annual business plans & budgets, including SMART KRAs & KPIs for all verticals at all levels using Balance Score card (BSC) approach.

Responsible for reviewing KRAs across organization & driving performance improvement. Facilitate Corrective action plan process by identifying non performers and monitor their performance.

Responsible for creation and implementation of Incentive Policies & linking pay with performance,

Execute all Employee engagement activities; manage employee connect & grievances by handling their queries,

Define performance matrices to enable incentive payout

Responsible for management of compensation and benefits, benchmarking, reviewing and updating framework, policies and guidelines

Developed Annual Training Calendar, model for Measuring Training Effectiveness and ROI

Good Communication Skills

Strong knowledge in HR-Policies,PMS,Employee Engagement.

Age not more than 38 Yrs Old

Education-

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
