Job Description:
As a Manager HR your responsibilities include the following:
Talent Acquisition
Meet Business priorities by forecasting manpower needs in short term and long term, plan and coordinate recruitment initiatives to build a strong workforce
Sourcing, recruiting and screening / interviewing qualified candidates. This will involve consulting with Business managers to gain an understanding of the skills needed in employees.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
Conduct Induction, orientation & training for new employees
Evaluate the effectiveness of the induction experience and suggest process improvements
People Development & Retention
Identify training needs and ensure the creation and execution of effective training & development programs
Manage ongoing training and development programs for performance and competency development
Monitoring Training Evaluation reports.
Foster employee engagement and fast track their involvement in the organization and its culture
Compensation, Performance & Reward Management
Implement and maintain systems for performance measurement and management
Institutionalize rewards and recognition programs to encourage positive behaviors
Ensure the timely implementation of the periodic and annual appraisal process
Manage the execution of performance appraisal rounds and their followups
Conduct compensation surveys and ensure compensation structure of the company is in line with the industry norms
HR Statutory & Compliance
Ensure compliance of all human resource activities in the company with all Indian Government employment legislation
Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting particularly with respect to ESI / PF authorities etc.
Ensure compliance to the companys human resources practices & policy with respect to employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA HR with 6 to 9 years of experience in HR / Human Resource
Solid expertise in HR functional areas including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation and benefits
Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment.
Must have a strategic approach with demonstrated effectiveness at working with the leadership team to design and execute human capital strategies necessary to achieve positive business outcomes
Able to provide insights and recommendation on people
Great team player and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization environment
Strong written and oral communication essential
Strong at planning and multi-tasking
