Job Description 

1. Provide operational leadership to BD team in Chennai 

2.handle new RFQ internally and respond to customers

3. Conduct customer satisfaction survey and initiate actions based on feedback from customer

4. Price management for South based customers. 

5. Review of MIS days for internal and TKJ reporting for Chennai based customers. 

6. Regular interaction with OEM's for relationship building

7. Budgeting activity for Chennai based customers

8. Sales forecasting for 5 years
