Please find below the requirement:

Job: Legal Senior Specialist 

Job description :

1. In depth knowledge in labour/ industrial, Civil, Criminal, Arbitration and IPR Laws.

2. Experience in drafting petition, counter, reply written statement in civil, criminal, labour and arbitration cases 

3. Experience in drafting legal opinion on labour, IR & HR issues

4. Knowledge in initiating disciplinary action against employees 

5. Experiment in drafting, vetting and reviewing of commercial agreements,contracts 

6. Due Diligence of property matters

7. Monitor and follow up of legal cases

Qualification required :

1. Law graduate from reputed university ( regular )

2. Min 8 yrs of exp in large corporate including Atleast 3 yrs practice in high court 

3. Good drafting skill in English and tamil.
