Leading Aerospace Industry , Chennai is looking for 

Role: Lead – QA (Sr. Engineer/ Asst. Manager) 

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• DME/ DAE with 10-12 yrs. experience (Min 2-3 yrs. in Aerospace Industry) or 

• BE/ B. Tech (Mech/Aero) with 8-10 yrs. experience (Min 2-3 yrs. in Aerospace Industry)

Required Skills

• Leadership Qualities, able to lead & guide the team towards achieving organization goals.

• Train & develop quality team that to work on APQP, PPAP, FAIs, CMM programing and audits

• Accountable for quality of work done by the team & driving team towards achieving the goals.

• Strong in analytical & problem solving techniques (7 QC) interpersonal and communication skills.

• Interface with customers for audits, inspections, and performance metrics, continual improvement.

• Perform investigations & actions to resolve problems and track customer complaints & problems.

• Lead team activities in continuous improvement, problem solving, Lean, Six Sigma projects, etc.

• Collaborating with CFT stakeholders to achieve company objectives and deliverables

• Should have knowledge of Spl. processes, Nadcap requirements and other regulatory requirements

• Sound System Knowledge, (AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001) preferably IQA Auditor

• Should be strong in GD&T, Inspection Methods & Hands on experience in CMM Programming

• Should have hands on experience in FAI process in line with latest AS9102 requirements. 

• Should possess strong Inspection skills & team management skills. 

• Effective communication skills and should have English Knowledge & Good Presentation skill.

• Hands on experience in process planning Inspection plans, PFMEA, Control Plan and Gauge R&R

Location: Tambaram, Chennai.

Monthly Salary - Rs.60000 per Month + Other Benefits
