1. Lead key HR processes including Performance Management, Leadership Development, L&D 

2. Administration & Implementation of policies & guidelines, defining procedures to manage performance

3. Driving HR Automation initiatives

4. Driving Employee engagement plan including R&R, Employee Communication, Employee Relations including grievance management

5. Develop and execute Employee Engagement and Retention Management initiatives

6. Driving Performance management, ESAT Surveys, Employer Branding Surveys, Talent management & Development, Succession Planning

7. Build and implement focused competency development programs and career road-maps for the aligned teams.

8. Managing Payroll and HR Operations for Bangalore center

Education: MBA - HR from good business school.

Minimum 6 years of experience is needed, preferably from IT Industry.
