Excelacom Technologies is looking for L&D professionals with 4 to 8 years experience.

Essential skill – Should have lead end to end L&D function in an IT organization driving the entire learning needs of the Organisation. Should have hands-on experience in driving Assessment & Development Centre, Competency Mapping, OD Intervention & Leadership Development. This role will also be handling certain amount of HR operations, MIS reporting & Analytics.

Should be a strong team player, assertive, analytical, strategic in nature.
