Position: Junior Team Member - MQE (Tech)

Qualification: DME (Mechanical/Mechanics/Electrical/ Electronics)

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Industry : Automotive  MNC

Location: Chennai

CTC : Best in Industry

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Designing of Fixtures and Tooling.

2. Troubleshoots manufacturing problems in Assembly line on day to day basis (both internal and customer complaints).

3. Continuous improvements and POKA-YOKE implementation in Assembly line.

4. Monitoring and changing the wear out tools.

5. Daily logging and communicate the work done and issues.

6. Working on the action plans of customer 8D

Key Skills:

1. Any certified courses on PLC, Pneumatics and hydraulics is preferred

2. Exposure to lean tools and problem solving techniques is an added advantage.

3. Should have good communication skill.
