Location: Chennai, Thirumazhisai (Near Poonamallee).

Qualification: DME (Mech)

CTC: Best in the industry.

Experience : Min 5 Years in Casting Inspection

Industry : Valve Components / Aerospace / Defence

Responsibilities: 

1. Knowledge to work In Faro arm CMM

2. Planning for Inspections

3. Responsible for Incoming, Stage & Final Inspection

4. Rejection Analysis

5. Rework analysis

6. CAPA for in-house 

7. Sharing QA documents to customer ( Dimension Report- Customer Format)  

8. Decision making internally (rework or reject)

9. Co-ordinate with production for quality issues (casting )

10. Calibration of Instruments as per the Schedules.

11. Ensure 5S is followed in the Quality  Area.
