We are looking for an instrumentation engineer with experience in sterile injectables platform

Qualification: BE/BTech -EEE/ECE/Instrumentation

Company: Caplin Steriles Limited. 

Experience in pharma industry - 12 to 16yrs

Job Description:

> Sterile Liquid Injectables Instrumentation Engineering Experience 

      - Operations & Maintenance, Installation of Control Equipment, Calibration & Testing.

> Calibration, erection, commissioning, configuration, loop checking of all types’ field instrument; Hands on experience in Delta V DCS, HMI, PLCs, IPCs & SCADA.

> Handling Low Voltage Systems (Control Panels, Fire Alarms, Public Addressing, Access control, Door interlocks, etc

> Handling Projects Activities.

> To prepare qualification documentation like URS, DQ, IQ, QRM, IRA, FRA, Instrument I/O List, Datasheet Preparations for supporting OQ & PQ. 

> Responsibility for the smooth running of the utility equipment/Machineries such as AHU’s, Water Systems, Chiller, Boilers, Compressed Air, Nitrogen & Oxygen plants.

> To facilitate and face the internal and external inspection & regulatory audits for the organization - USFDA, EU, ANVISA, MHRA & WHO.

> Capable to manage the Team.
