Qualification: * MSW, BLM Preferred\\ MBA (HR), MA (HRM) *

Experience:   3 -5 Years

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

1.       Should have HR-IR   experience from Manufacturing Industries.

2.       Good Knowledge in various Acts, like factories Act, ID Acts, etc.

3.       Should have experience in statutory compliance, employee welfare and contract  Labour Management.

4.       Conversant in IR documentation , MS office packages and should know tamil typing.

Preferred for Male candidate and immediate joiner.
