Location - Chennai Head Office.

Purpose:

1. HR Data Maintenance around employee life cycle.

2. On-boarding & Employee Code creation

3. Employee Benefits: Claims, Reimbursements, Staff Loans and Insurance support

4. Payroll, Taxation and Statutory Reporting

5. Employee Separation Process

Job Responsibilities:

1. Workforce Management – Attendance, Absenteeism, Absconding 

2. Manage daily HR Operations like maintaining data in ERP, responding to requests and provide solution

3. Closure of requests within agreed timelines (SLA)

4. Create Metrics, tracking and reporting on regular basis (quality and volume)

5. Maintaining process documents, ensure they are updated regularly

Candidate needs to be having 

• High Numerical and Analytical ability 

• Very good in MS Word & Excel

• Excellent/Good Communication skills required
