*Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Source and screen candidates through various sourcing techniques which include Portals, own database, referrals, own network of contacts, and Internet sourcing channels like LinkedIn & other classifieds.

2.Briefing the candidates about the job profile, package, organization,benefits and other intangibles of the client.

3.Follow up with candidates from Schedule to Joining.
