HR Operations - 2-4 Yrs

2 - 4 Years Bengaluru

THE ROLE: 

The first point of contact for queries and transactions on all day-to-day HR matters in the course of business operations, processes, and HR applications from line managers, employees and HR teams. 

Organize, update and maintain employees data in HR systems. Process HR transactional matters (e.g. mass HR data change, leave correction, employees certification etc) 

Ensure HR transactions are carried out according to policies and procedures, within prescribed timelines. Work closely with field solution teams, line managers and HRIS team to maintain timely employee data in HCM and downstream systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy 

Escalate system enhancement request and bugs from business units to HRIS team for prioritization and system troubleshooting. 

Support development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, standard letter templates, forms and tools. Maintain an updated HR Knowledge database; a common repository for standard operating procedures (SOPs), letter templates, forms and tools to promote operational consistency. 

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through improvement projects, work simplification etc. to achieve better efficiency and enhancement of internal customer experience. 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Possess a Degree and with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services team, or HR operation. 

Knowledge of Human Capital Management, Project management will be an added advantage 

Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to handle customers, primarily with employees, line managers, other HR functions with integrity and independent judgment

Strong in customer focus, teamwork, communications, building relationships, influencing, continuous improvement 

Professional disposition, Self-driven, proactive, process-oriented and strong follow-up skills 

Able to multi-task effectively, managing projects and handling daily operational tasks simultaneously
