* Active involvement in Field Technician Recruitment Planning and strategy development.

* Hiring Technicians by arranging walk-in drives, visiting campus for recruitment, developing leads through references.

* Make technician batch ready as per planning for training.

* Getting selected Candidates Medical Test Done prior to employment.

* Making guest house arrangements for their accommodation

* Preparing MIS and dashboards

* keeping a track of their Payroll, Leaves, Regularization and updating management on monthly basis.

* Coordinate with HO for FTC new joinee records.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Must have recruitment experience of field candidates / blue color recruitment

* Excellent communication, management skills.

* Must be well-versed with computer.
