Excellence in End to End Recruitment,Manpower forecasting,talent acquisition, induction, training, performance appraisal,grievance handling,retention strategy,general administration, exit formalities. Experience to handle client Audit and ISMS Audit. 

Desired Candidate Profile

* Strong knowledge in HR statutory and compliance.

* Experience in Payroll.

* Coordinating with Clients and conducting functions and Events.

* Experience in Legal requirements, liaising with Government and statutory bodies like ESI/PF/PT.

Education-

UG: B.B.A / B.M.S - Management

PG:MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations

Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
