Brief Description of job:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for our Chennai office to manage recruitment and HR related activities.

Desirable skills / Responsibilities: 

Responsible for Talent Acquisition

Sourcing, Resume Screening, Interview Schedule, HR Interview, Offer discussion, Salary negotiation and documentation

Handling joining formalities, inductions and maintaining personal files and documents for the new joiners.

Work on various portals including Naukri, Linked-IN, Hiring from Institutes and References

Managing and maintaining database and MIS

Desired Candidate Profile: 

Essential Skills and experience:

Any degree and min 4 + years of experience in IT organizations

Good communication skill

Should be able to work independently

Excellent knowledge in recruitment

Preferred from Staffing or Placement industry

IT recruitment experience preferred

Experience in Payroll activities
