We have an opening with our Leading Client - Manufacturing Company looking out for HR Manager - Coimbatore Location

Roles:
Role: Manager HR & OD
Reporting to: Head HR
Experience: Manufacturing Industry is desirable or Service Sector
Area: Talent Acquisition, Training & development, Performance Management,
Education: UG: Any Degree. PG: MSW or MHRM or MBA / PGDPMIR
1. Talent Acquisition
Develop manpower planning in discussion with the management and submit to Head HR
Ensure all processes in Talent Acquisition is followed have a data bank of best agencies as per our SOP;
Campus Recruitment
Be part of the interviewing process, besides ensuring shortlisting of candidates across the functions.
2. Induction and confirmation
Plan, organize, and conduct induction program, devise the orientation plan for the new joiners.
Complete the joining formalities i.e. Collect the required documents, creation of login id for attendance / introduce and set the KRA for new joiners, design reporting system & assign mentor as per the respective department wise
Ensure confirmation of all employees in a timely manner, and adequate feedback is given.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
3. Performance Management
Involve in Performance Review process, define all roles and develop role descriptions which are mapped against KRAs
Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management
4. Talent Development
Identifying training needs and development of action plans for imparting training including measurement of effectiveness.
Conducting managerial and technical trainings to enhance the managerial and soft skills of the employees.
Organizing customized training programs based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills & efficiency
To conduct appropriate Employee Engagement activities and CSR activities as per schedule
5. Support Head HR in formulating HR Policies, Procedures, & Processes:
Implement, review, redesign and introduce HR policies.
Keep a track of records to the procedures, processes, formats / forms in line with organizational goals
Develop appropriate monthly MIS as required.
