Salary upto 14.00lac. Candidates must be from the manufacturing background only and 6 Days working.

Heading HR Operations VIZ. Employee Engagement & Relationship, Work Systems, Policies & Procedure, PMS, and Industrial Relation activities and Statutory Compliance, Payroll, Manpower handling, Recruitment.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Leadership Skills, Team Management, Key accounts management 

Maintaining and updating HRIS on regular basis.

Should have experience in Recruitment & HR Generalist role

Activities include attendance management, timely & error-free payroll processing, probation assessment, exits formalities & disciplinary cases etc.
