Candidate must have good experience HR manager profile.

- Responsible for sourcing potential candidates from various channels.

- Good at Labour law and factory law.

- Responsible for maintaining labour law compliances, statutory compliance , proper maintenance of data pertaining tovarious laws applicable, maintaining data required for PF, ESIC, MLWF & contract labour, preparation of monthly challan and on time disbursements of same, preparation and filing of half yearly and yearly returns of ESIC & PF. /Responsible for maintenance of various records pertaining to various labour laws both central and state wise.

- Recruiting & Training.

- Responsible for End to End HR Operations.

- Onboarding & Induction, Training & Development

- Responsible for Engaging Employees through various programs
