1. In depth knowledge of Labour laws, court proceedings and various acts

2. Must have handled, dealt with gherao,strike,labour unrest

3. Knowledge and experience in disciplinary proceedings

4. Must have done long term wage settlement

5. Knowledge of various HR processes

Candidates who can speak,read and write Kannada will be preferred.
