HR & Operations Work Responsibilities (Exp 5-7yrs)
1. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems
2. Perform difficult staffing activities, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures
3. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
4. Identify staff vacancies and plan, recruit, interview and select applicants.
5. Ensuring delivery of recruitment requirements of the program as per organizational standards.
6. Working closely with the line managers for planning the induction schedule
7. Liaising with Team managers for probation confirmations/extensions
8. Plan and organize performance review to ensure employees are receiving feedback and the organization is in position to sustain.
9. Coordinate Employee Engagement Plan
10. Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate training for the organization
11. Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs
12. Ensuring that the performance management cycle is carried out smoothly
13. Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
14. Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations
15. Payroll Management
16. Attendance &Leave Management
17. Handle Background Verification
18. Being a custodian of the organizations HR policy.
19. Ensuring that the HR policy is implemented uniformly within the organization
20. Interpreting the HR policy for management/ staff if unclear
21. Building awareness around the HR policy
22. Ensuring that soft copies of all HR related information and data is saved in the common drive and individual HR drive
23. HR's responsibility to make sure that the moral and environment for all associates is inspirational and supportive at all times.
24. Upon Benefits Enrollment, it is the HRM's responsibility to manage the entire process.
25. Grievance handling, Conducting Exit Interview Analysis
26. Managing Personnel files & Ensuring that the HRMIS is updated at all times
27. Ensuring that the database provides all information accurately for internal and external use
28. Staffing & Onboarding
29. Maintain & follow up for JIRA, Service Desk Timesheet & Status updation & Project Tracker
