Qual-MBA-HR or MSW

The candidate should have 5+ yrs experience as a HR Generalist preferably from the IT Industry.

Should have experience in Induction, Employee Services, Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Engagement, Exit Management, Statutory compliance etc.

Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.

Sound judgment and problem-solving skills

Stake holder management,Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion

Familiarity with MS Office suite

Excellent communication skills
