Statutory compliance. Interacting with local labor consultants. On roll and site employees.

Recruitment and Induction.

Employee relations, Identifying / Organizing and evaluating training needs.

Salary & Payroll Functions.

Exit & Attrition Management.

Industrial Relation.

Implementation of :--Annual Performance Appraisals, Increment policy,Compliance of HR policies

Identifying problem areas and suggesting solutions. 

Managing and updating employee records.

Reporting to the Directors.
