We are looking for HR Generalist/ HR Executive / HR Manager  for RGBSI.

The candidate should have:

Minimum 2-10 Yrs of experience into overall HR Generalist activities.

Good experience in on-boarding, exit formalities, statutory compliance,payroll etc.

Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of training and development,employee engagement and client relations areas.

Knowledge of Process and Policy Implementation and Execution

Grievance handling ability.

Individual contributor as well as a good team player.

HR Manager should have handled more than 500 + people
