Basic Requirement

Designation: HR Executive/ Sr Executive ( Preferably Male)

Qualification : MBA ( HR)

Certification : Not Mandatory

Experience : 2 - 5Yrs 

Job Location: Chennai

Computer Knowledge Must

Job Related Knowledge and Skills :

1.To support and handle recruitment of all verticals. 

2.To induct the new joiners and creation of Personnel Dossiers with all appropriate documents,prepare & conduct induction training. 

3.Maintain & ensure data both in HRMS & MIS reports. 

4.Ability to handle employee issue or grievances in a smoother way 

5.People management skills 

6.On-boarding, ensure the necessary documentation as per the check list prescribed. 

7.Enrollment of new joiner in bio-metric. 

8.Attendance Management 

9.Hands on experience in Post recruitment activities. 

10.Good in MS- Excel and Data management skills
