Experience in handling field staff.

Good Communication skills

Good Knowledge of MS Excel(Vlookup,Countif,Rounds,Hlookup,Pivot table,Mail Merge) and Power point.

Ready to travel and be on ground

Team Management experience

Recruitment knowledge is also preferred
