Designation HR Business Partner

Job Description Candidate should have at least 3 -7 years hands on experience as Business partner in IT companies

- Candidate should be someone who understand the business, business financials and who proactively get involved and help enable business

- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit

- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the clients side

- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally

- Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client

- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks

- Flexible to travel to different locations based on business requirements
