Your Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for people management at the client place and ensuring smooth and effective HR service delivery to the client.
Managing 200+ employees by having regular one-one meeting with all the employees on their performance, feedbacks, updates, concerns and issues. Reports are sent to the respective reporting managers on weekly basis
Conducting employee engagement activities and devising strategies to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction and setting up expectation on their KRA.
Maintain performance tracking related to technical reports, identifying areas for improvement, monitoring processes, solicit and incorporating feedback to the employees.
Constant communication with all business units, client managers, business & operations team.
Attendance Tracking - Tracking Leaves everyday & validate with the mangers for all the Teams. Report sent on monthly basis
Login/Logout Tracking - Monitoring employees on their Login/Logout time & informing Duty Manager and the respective Lead of that shift if the employee is reporting late to office
Managing floor hygiene & handling employee queries. Meeting the employees on their performance with regards to Manager's inputs and providing constructive feedback for their improvement
Coordinating and facilitating for Training/Induction for New joiners
Onboard/Off-board Formalities - Coordinating with New Joiners & their respective Reporting Managers for their orientation. Coordinating with Duty Manager for transportation
Initiating and facilitating for arranging IT Assets (Laptop, Dongle, ID Card) and employee ID creations for the new joiners.
Handling exit formalities in verifying if all the IT Assets are submitted. Verifying if anything pending with the project with respect to his/her work assigned
Interview coordination & conducting preliminary round of interview to measure the fitment of the profile for the respective requirements
Handling employee queries, grievances and counseling & preparing reports with recommendations and action plans for implementation
Coordinating with operations team to provide best support to the employees in terms of daily timesheet, tax declaration and payroll issues
Closely working with the team in providing/educating on Outlook usage, email etiquettes, customer handling & monitoring the same on high priority
Responsible for conducting town halls every quarter.
Involved in providing few project reports like Health check report, Case closure report to the respective managers and monitoring daily productivity report of the non-technical team (Optional- Post holding experience in the system).
