Looking for Head of operations for a leading auto ancillary in Trichy.

Age: 43 to 45 years

Qualification: B.E ( Mech/Production/Industrial Engg) from premium institutions.

Job responsibilities:

• Manages the Operations functions on all shifts, planning the production flow, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, monitoring production orders and schedules, and providing technical training to employees.

• Develops and analyzes production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure on-time customer deliveries at minimum costs and to prevent operational delays.

• Manages all aspects of safety and quality in the facility. Develops programs within these areas, ensures the plant is in compliance with the standards, and delivers training to all employees.

• Develops and implements improvement initiatives utilizing 5S, TQM and TPM.

• Develops plants operational budget.

• Initiates and coordinates major projects, i.e. plant floor layout changes, new equipment installation.

• Manages the assembly line division, CNC and machining departments.
