Head - Industrial Relations - IR (AGM/GM Level) for a leading manufacturing company based at Hosur.

Professionally qualified with good stability and experiences ranges from 22 to 25 years from a large manufacturing companies only. Not more than that.

Package range from 35 to 48 laks.

 Exposure to proactive IR, Statutories, Trade Union matters, Wage Negotiations and settlements, Legal, HR Operations, Employee engagement, L&D, Welfare and Productivity improvements. Having exposure in handling multiple plants, TPM is an added advantage.

Working knowledge in Tamil is essential.

Career stability, large size manufacturing companies, good IR track record is must for this position.
