qualified with good stability and experiences ranges from 20 to 30 years from a large manufacturing companies atleast 5000 + Headcounts with multiple

locations. 

Package range from 50 to 60 laks/Negotiable. Corporate IR Head and

Leadership position with great exposure to proactive IR, Statutories,

Advisory IR role, Trade Union matters, Wage Negotiations and settlements,

Legal, HR Operations, Employee engagement, Welfare and Productivity

improvements. Having exposure in handling multiple plants and large workforce
