1. Should have minimum of 15 years of Experience.

2. Should be Strong in OD / Training / PMS.

3. Should bring Methodological approach in Recruitment / PMS.

4. Should be able to align with Group Values / Goals & need to focus on Cross functional development.

5. Should focus on continuous process improvement & development.

6. Can be from Telecom / FMCG with Large Sales Force.
