Exp 18 + Years in Manufacturing Environment

Hands on experience in managing HR as a Corporate Function from Last 5 years and Strong in Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.

Must have excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.

Some one who can drive HR Strategy for a large organsiations with Key initiatives.
