Required for a Leading Real Estate Organisation- Urgent Requirement

Position:  Head – Collections - Chennai  (one position)

Experience: Min 10 - 15 years of experience in collections in Real Estate sector having direct experience in Home Loan process and Customer Relation Management. 

Job description:
-To lead a team of 12-15 members across Tamil Nadu.
-To be target & only result oriented.
-To achieve monthly collection target of Rs.10 Crore and above.
- To achieve the collection drive & ensure the team to coordinate with clients & banks effectively.
 
Salary: 9 lakhs per annum plus very attractive incentives with huge growth opportunities.
 
Key Skills:
 - Well experienced in Real Estate Sector who have handled mainly Collections & CRM team.
 The Candidate who have managed a team of min 10 people and achieved a collection target of Rs.10 Crore in a month is preferred.}
