- Job Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee our organizations ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the second-in-command in our India Operations and responsible for the efficiency of business.
- The General Manager role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the VP of Operations in the USA. Youll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, wed like to meet you.
- The goal of the General Manager position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
- Responsibilities
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Data Entry, Chargeback Analyst, MID Recon, Chargeback Prevention Alerts, CRM, Follow Up, IT,
HR
- and Merchant Account Services Teams.)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the VP of Operations in all matters of importance
- Participate in expansion activities (Payment Processors, Gateways, CRM Solutions and Merchants)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Providing input for business and strategic planning
- Setting goals for departments and individual managers
- Collaborating with colleagues to implement policies and develop improvements
- Organize and coordinate inter- and intradepartmental operations
- Oversee resource allocation and budgeting
- Provide guidance to subordinate staff and evaluate performance
- Resolve issues that may arise in a timely manner
- Assume responsibility for timely reporting to senior management or regulatory agencies
- Provide quarterly, semi-annual and annual budgets for different departments
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or relevant role
- Experience in IT field required
- Exposure to overseas clients a plus
- Minimum 3 years experience in operations management
- Understanding of business functions such as
HR
- , Finance, Client Relationship Management, Reporting, etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability in decision-making and problem-solving
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in high growth environment
- Must speak English with clear written and verbal communication
