? Full Life-Cycle Recruitment Specialist with CTS.

? Sourcing and recruiting qualified technical consultants, senior thought-leaders, and

management consultants, including engineering, design, technician and technical support

professionals working in the Financial, aeronautical, manufacturing, automotive, chemical,

civil/structural, electrical, environmental, industrial, mechanical, petroleum, Healthcare, medical

device, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications industries, among others.

? Meeting financial and activity-based metrics.

? Growing revenue and profitability for your portfolio of business.

? Creating and managing candidate pipelines and assessing candidate qualifications.

? Reviewing and prioritizing candidate activity including pre-screens and interviews.

? Negotiating and closing candidates with offers and starts dates.

? Actively networking within the local engineering market.

Requirements:

? The job requires a good understanding of the IT function and the various roles within an IT organization.

? You must be able to consistently work night shifts

? You must be adept at interacting with senior level professionals in their respective domains as we specializes in senior level hiring. As such, the candidate should have a good

understanding of the needs, drives and motivations of potential job seekers beyond that of the ordinary.
