TEAM LEAD - HR 

We have an opening for a TL - HR position with a leading manufacturing company in Chennai. 

Work experience required: 

1. 13 - 15  years in HR 

2. Must have been in a leadership role (handled a team of 2/3) for at least 3 years 

Must have: 

1. Handled Performance Management and Improvement Systems (PMS)

2. Handled Employee On boarding, Development, Needs assessment and Training

3. Handled Employee Engagement initiatives 

4. Administered Rewards & Recognition's 

5. Worked on Organisation Development initiatives 

6. Worked with top executives to set Codes of Conduct 7. Managed Employee Relations and Facilitated Conflict Resolutions between employees 8. Handled company employee and community Communications 

9. Managed Employee Safety, Welfare, Wellness and Health 

10. Negotiated and reviewed employee benefit policies and insurance 

11. Ensured compliance to equal opportunity and other laws, watched over sexual harassment policies and other unfair treatment related issues in the workplace

Must have: MSW / MBA from a reputed institution (regular college) 

Must have handled: A team of 2/3 HR Executives 

Must be: 35 - 38
