Good to have BPO/ITES/Telecom hiring Experience

Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.

Handling recruitment life-cycle(end to end) for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements

Executing entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, short-listing, selection and appointment, etc.

Developing and maintaining MIS reports and other operations reports.

Good Communication Skill.
