 Job description

 Machine shop in process quality responsibility

Customer support w.r.t. machining , customer complain, zero defect outflow

Casting experience , machining process experience

Handling of customer specific requirements system in process and QMS / IATF knowhow

OEM customer handling and systems knowledge

Experience in PPAP , FMEA, APQP,

Understanding and correction knowledge of CMM inspection if required

SPC experience implementation

Analytical skills of inhouse customer complaints, inhouse quality complaints

Ability to meet and withstand the quality &  delivery schedules

Managing team of associates and middle managers

Decision making in in process control
