completely handling adminstration related responsibilities.

Properly handle complaints & grievance procedures.

Scheduling interviews for new hires.

Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

Attendance Management

Performing legal complaince and its documentation.

Liasoning with local and goverment authorities.

General Housekeeping,canteen and security administration.

Contract Labour Management,Bill Checking,MIS report etc..,

Skills required:

Good communication,Presentation & Inte-rpersonal Skills

Good Leadership quality, co-ordination with project team & Cordial relation with client.
